Return Policy:
For standard products return
- If it is not the defective items and wrong items, we will not be responsible for the return shipping, and the customer shall bear it.
- We will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned package, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee may have been deducted from the refund.
- Therefore, we recommend that you read the descriptions carefully before purchasing, and feel free to consult our customer service if you have any questions to ensure that the product you purchase is suitable for your product.
Customized products do not support returns.
- For customized products, once you confirm that the customized information is correct and production has started, we will not accept any changes to customized information or refunds.
- For customized products, if the product does not have any quality and defect issues, we will not accept any replacement or return.
Note:
- To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and kept in the same state as when they were received. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Our return policy is valid for a few days. If it has been more than a few days after your purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.
